Carnival of Jacmel is very much different from other carnivals. You can sleep at Jacmel or Petit-Goave (cheaper option). On the second day, drive to the south. Enjoy the local sightseeing and food. Visit the "500 Marches" (500 stairs), a religious pilgrimage monument and spend the evening on the fine sandy beach at Pointe Sable, Port Salut. Choose a hotel close to the beach. On the third day, drive to Camp Perrin. It is a quiet and beautiful city created by three Frenchmen during the eighteenth century. On the fourth day, while coming back to your home, don't miss to visit Saut Mathurine. It is the largest waterfall in Haiti, only 15 minutes drive from Camp Perrin.
