With their music, Kreyol La has gained a wide following as it continues to develop and evolve. Kreyol La frontman Maestro Ti Joe Zenny once said that the band has focused on songs that people would definitely love and relate to.

Ti Joe Zenny has contributed a lot to Kreyol La's popularity. He was once named Alpha Man of the Month by Haitian International Pulse magazine for his charisma and talent. In an interview with the magazine, Ti Djo described himself as a simple and neat man. He talked about how an artist can choose whether to heed everything that the public wants or be someone that can guide people through their artistry.

This incident was during the production of the band's ad clips for their second album called Evolution. Ti Joe Zenny narrated that the band wanted to change their look into something with a more modern touch and so he came up with ideas for the video. But the video would not be a success if not for To Ansito's scoring too.
