The rumor mill has been churning out reports should Pipo sign with Klass and its controversial leader Richie, it would spell disaster. Richie is reputed to be difficult and Pipo to possess an over-sized ego.

But some observers disagree and say Richie is easy-going and can handle Pipo's narcissism. Some feel it is Pipo's weakness that will ruin the band's success. They have always been a sought-after group to sign whenever the time came for a label change. But fears the two could clash have fans worried Klass might even lose the record contract they are currently signed to.

But as it turns out, the rumors are baseless. Pipo and Richie have begun recording Klass's first CD issue with Pipo, and word is they are getting along well. To put an end to the rumor-mongering, Klass's PR person invited Kompa Magazine (KM) to sit in on a recording session.

During the session, KM witnessed two recording professionals at work, with no trace of ego on Pipo's part and no grandstanding on Richie's. The two worked as a team, Richie asking for additional takes he felt necessary. Pipo not only complied, but exceeded Richie's expectations. It was clear to KM that Richie's satisfaction was important to Pipo's success in Klass.

Klass fans are heaving a sigh of relief, grateful Klass will continue recording successfully. The lesson to Klass fans is bad chemistry with one person can become good chemistry with another.
