The music from Robert Charlot

Robert Charlot, a natural born musician who first started with classical piano and gospel music with his mother and cousins help, is the one who introduced the digital format and style to Konpa music when he formed Top Vice few years back. He's known as a keyboard player with the ability to write hit songs, produce program keys/drums, arrange and sing but in reality he plays almost all instruments, does his own recording, a real "L'homme orchestre" who also has his own record label.

When Top Vice disbanded in 2004 he promptly formed Nu Vice with some old co-player such as legendary bass player Joe Charles and Robert Martino Sr. The video of this week is from his new group Nu Vice:
