Haiti Queen of Hearts Misty Jean

Former Haitian beauty queen and model, Misty Jean is an accomplished performing artist, a dancer and singer. At age three, her mother enrolled her at the Lynn W. Rouzier Institute of Dance, and by age seven she had started an amateur singing career. She pursued her passion to Anglade College, where as choir soloist, she achieved local fame.

Her career blossomed as she performed with well-known entertainers, starred in a mobile phone commercial, and won several beauty contests. From 2001 to 2003, Misty Jean won Miss West Indies, Miss de la Francophonie, and Miami Mardi Gras Queen of Carnival.

Born in 1983 in Haiti, Misty Jean's star in singing started shining as early as 3 years. She was popular with dance institute of Lynn William Rouzier. In the institution, she learned many dancing styles as well as singing. By the age of 7 years, Misty Jean could sing and move the crowd in her manner and ingenuity in singing. She joined various amateur singing contests and emerged top among her competitors. These victories at an early age saw her develop passion for singing. He could later make singing her career of choice.

Born in Haiti, MISTY JEAN started performing at the early age of three with the dance institute of LYNN W. ROUZIER. She started singing at seven in amateur singing contests with Paul Villefranche. Since then, her passion for music became an obsession.

At "ROGER ANGLADE" high school she was named solist of the choir and became an instant neighborwood celebrity. In 1998, she took part at "LA SOIREE MAGIQUE DE LA GUITAR". In 1999, she is chosen by the leading haitian cellular phone company HAITEL to be their main model in a major promotional campaign.
