Here is Kanpèch in Kanaval 2016 "Entèlijan"

On Wednesday, January 20, 2016, at the Primature, the Prime Minister, Evans Paul inaugurated the official program of National Carnival 2016. The Prime Minister was accompanied by Dithny Joan Raton, the Minister of Culture and Stéphanie Villedrouin, the Minister of Tourism and Creative Industries. During the occasion, he has mentioned that it is the duty of the State to protect and maintain these traditions as they have become an essential part of Haitian social life. As per the program, this year, three fat days of the carnival festivities will be celebrated from Sunday 7th to Tuesday 9th February in Port-au-Prince within a theme of "Ayiti Toutan" "Tèt poze pour yon Ayiti pi fre".
