The innovative musicians of T-Vice have reshaped the Compas genre with lively party vibes with influence from meringue (type of Caribbean style of dance music), reggae (music with strongly accented subsidiary beat), flamenco (a form of Spanish folk music and dance) and modern synthesizing from rock 'n' roll. Their first album "Compas Kontak" released in 1994 did not click but the second one "T-Vice in the House" received huge accolades especially the song "You touch me".

People noticed the talent of the group T-Vice and recognized the fantastic voice of the group's lead singer Robert Martino. "Banm T-vice mwen" was their third musical production released in 1998 that became the pride possession of Compas fans. Since then, their success never stopped.
