Ralph Conde departure from New Look. There could be one reason to justify his departure from Nu Look in 2013. He was overshadowed by Maestro Arly Lariviere. He was there just to play the guitar and help with Chorus. He thought he would have more opportunity with Zenglen where he can sing and take over the band.

While speaking about Arly Lariviere four years ago, Ralph had said that Arly is a very emotional person, but he should not leave Nu Look Band that he created 10 years ago. The loss of Gazman's talent is a great loss for the band, but the new lead singer 'Pipo' is bringing Nu Look back to the business.
