Haitian singer, songwriter, actor and Haitian Deputy Gracia Delva was born on 9 June 1974 In Cap-Haïtien.

He started his musical career with Gérostar, then Djakout Mizik and then Zenglen.

In 2003 Gracia Delva founded his own band Mass Konpa. He went into politic in 2010 when he was elected deputy of Marchand-Dessaline. He was re-elected in 2015.
