carnaval in haiti

when are we going to have a governement that will focus on issues that really affecting the life of thousands of haitians that live in misery, famine,illeteracy, no health care.the money spent for the carnaval could have been used to clean port-au-prince.when, i mean when, someone in power will have in their political agenda to save the image of this country.
