Haitian superband Gabel is performing at Big Night in Little Haiti in December. In 2006 they were selected as "New Band of the Year" and their latest release, Nothing Lasts Forever, promises to astound fans.

Nine performers compose Gabel: vocalists Katalog and Flav; guitarists Doll and Ray; keyboard player T-Pachou; bassist Dodo; percussion player Cha Cha; conga player Back; and drummer Becken.

Band member Flav discussed recording with Alan Cave, praising his musical genius.
