The band has a two-singer format with Jean L. Napoleon and Emmery Etienne sharing lead. However, others of the group's dynamic talent include, but are not limited to, its drummer, its keyboard player, and its musical director/producer/pianist. Jodanny Petit-Frere (called T-Danje) is the triple threat, who began learning to play classical piano at ten years old. As with the other members of the group, his upbringing in the church fostered his love of other genres.

Ti ci-wolÄ--, or Daniel Pierre Paul, is the band's keyboardist. Having his start learning music - first with the recorder and then on the piano - at eight, Daniel honed his skills playing in the church. Davidson Bastein is the man behind the conga beat of Karizma. This talented drummer started pounding the skins at 14, studying the instrument under the tutelage of highly skilled teachers. His younger brother, Marvens Bastein, is also a drummer for the band. He balances his musical career with his profession as a nurse, having obtained his degree in 2012.
